About chefkarimari

I used to be a chef, a pretty good chef here in Atlanta. That changed one day that I was a passenger on a motorcycle, and got hit by a cop. I was in a coma for 4 months, and am writing all that I can remember down. Part of my accident, was brain damage, and memory loss, so I am trying to remember it all, by writing it down when it comes to me. Also, I am pretty sure there are no cooking blogs by brain injury patients, so you can learn alot from this blog. It is also so I can get support to get my book published
